Data Retention Policy

This policy describes how long UAV Data, operated by UAV Data LLC, keeps each kind of data and how deletion works. It works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. While your account is active

Your uploaded content and account data are kept for as long as your subscription is active. Content you delete in the application is removed from your account immediately and purged from active storage systems shortly after.

2. After cancellation or non-payment

When your subscription ends — because you cancelled or payment could not be collected — your content is retained for a limited period so you can export it or reactivate your subscription, after which it is deleted. Contact support before your subscription ends if you need help exporting your data.

3. Deletion requests

You can request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting support. We verify the request, then remove the data from active systems, keeping only what we are legally required to retain — for example billing and tax records.

4. Audit logs

Account audit logs are retained according to your subscription tier — 30 days on Personal, one year on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise.

5. Backups and system logs

Database backups and application logs are kept for a limited period for disaster recovery, security, and troubleshooting, then age out automatically. Data deleted from active systems persists in backups until those backups expire.
