Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy sets the rules for what may be stored on and done with UAV Data, which is operated by UAV Data LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the service, including users you invite and people you share content with. Drone imagery captures real places and real people, so these rules matter more here than on most platforms.

1. Fly and capture lawfully

Content uploaded to UAV Data must have been captured in compliance with applicable law — including FAA and other aviation regulations, airspace restrictions, and laws governing photography of people and private property. You are responsible for having the licenses, waivers, and permissions your operations require.

2. Respect other people's privacy

Do not use the service to surveil, stalk, harass, or track individuals, or to collect imagery of people in places where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Do not publish or share imagery to intimidate, dox, or harm anyone.

3. Prohibited content

Do not store or share content that is unlawful; that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights; or that contains malware or other harmful code. Content that exploits, endangers, or harms a minor in any way is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

4. Prohibited behavior

Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service; access another customer's data without authorization; circumvent subscription, payment, or storage limits; scrape the service; or resell access to it. Use your own credentials, and do not share accounts.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, as described in the Terms of Service. Where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first, but serious violations may result in immediate action.

6. Reporting
